各部屋にシャワー、トイレ、ミニキッチン（２０２号室は除く）、靴入れ、ロッカー、化粧鏡付き洗面台等を完備。また、生活に必要な家電製品(電子レンジ、電気ポット等)一式、揃っております。２０１号室は多目的ルームのリビングがあり、オシャレなシャンデリア、大型テレビ、ソファ、カウンター、冷蔵庫、フルサイズキッチン等の設備が充実！

各個室にテレビ、ワードローブ、収納機能付きベッド、冷蔵庫などが完備されています。各部屋には個室が３室で設計され、レジデントのプライバシーが保たれています。

築地市場で有名な「築地」は水産物や青果物を取り扱う日本最大級の御売場があるエリアです。世界的にも有名な商業地「銀座」から徒歩１０分の場所に位置し、観光客で溢れかえるほどの人気グルメスポットです。また、ルチアハウス築地が所在している築地は日本経済の中心「日本橋」、「新橋」、「日比谷」、「有楽町」などを近隣とするエリアです。
近年、この地の利便性が注目され、マンション建設が増える一方、住まいとして認識し始めつつあります。私共はこの好立地を生かし、女性専用シェアハウスを作ろうと思いました。

Tsukiji is widely known for the Japan's largest "Tsukiji Fish Market". Famous for the fish bidding and as a gourmet spot among tourists and local residents. Lucia House Tsukiji is located just 15 minutes away by walking from "Ginza", where it is known to be one of the most luxurious shopping areas in the world. Also, Tsukiji neighbors to "Nihonbashi", "Shimbashi", "Hibiya", and "Yuurakuchou" known as "Center of Japanese Economy".
Due to its convenient access, many apartments are being constructioned. Recently, Tsukiji is attracting attentions as both cultural and residential hot spot.

Each room comes equipped with shower, western style toilet, mini-kitchen (except for Room#202), shoe box, locker, vanity and full-length mirror. Also, everyday electronics such as microwave, hot water dispenser, and etc. comes standard. Living Room (Room #201) is available for use to all of the resident. Living Room is equipped with Chic Chandelier, 52 in. LCD TV, Sofa, Counter, Refrigerator, Ful Size Kitchen and more!
3.Private Facility
Each private rooms are equipped 24 in. TV, Wardrobe, Bed with storage function,small refrigerator and more. Each room consists of 3 private rooms thus residents's privacy are kept.
4.Security
Main Entrance uses Auto-Lock System. 2 security points that makes resident safe.
